What actions are required, encouraged forbidden in the religion?
Pentecostals celebrate all Christian holidays (excluding Halloween because it is viewed as Satan's day). The most important of the holidays is Pentecost. They celebrate Pentecost because it is important to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In Christianity, Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are the trinity and the basis of the religion.
Actions forbidden by Pentecostals are the same as actions forbidden by Christianity. Believers follow the Ten Commandments which are listed in the Old Testament, a set of rules to live by. In addition, they are instructed to live the way Jesus lived his life, interacting with people in need.
Pentecostals are Christians and believe the words written in the Bible. However, over the centuries the literal word of the Bible doesn't apply to modern day to day life. For example, in the Old Testament it writes about a literal eye for an eye which is not practical in modern society. The New Testament talks about turning the other cheek and that is a tradition that is carried on to modern day.
Members of the Pentecostal movement attend churches on Sundays but believe that one does not need a church to have a relationship with God. Pentecostals go to church on Sunday because it is the 7th day of the week, the day God rested (see Creation Story). At church there is singing and a sermon. How long this lasts depends on the church. The religious leader of Pentecostalism is a Pastor leading a congregation of believers, interpreting the Bible.

Pentecost is a very important holiday for Pentecostals because it is part of the period of Jesus being crucified on the cross, buried, rising from the dead and ascending into heaven. Jesus rising from the dead signifies new life because he was the ultimate sacrifice so that people no longer needed to make animal sacrifices. Jesus symbolizes new life in the Christian Church and Pentecostals focus heavily on the ascension. Pentecost celebrates more of the religious aspect rather than the commercial side of Easter but both are in honor of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Over time Pentecost has evolved into the Easter Bunny and colorful eggs (see image on bottom right). The image on the bottom left shows Jesus's mother, the Virgin Mary, weeping at his tomb, and Jesus Christ having been resurrected.
